Collection of field recordings of ballads, songs, and dulcimer music recorded in Marrowbone, Kentucky, by George Pullen Jackson and Alan Lomax, August 1942. Includes performances by Mrs. Addina Palmore, Mrs. A. P. Wilson and dulcimer and dingle bow tunes played by Miss Effie Wilson, and tuning of dulcimer with discussion by John Vincent.
